Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Los Angeles, California, USA
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision makers in the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the hotel's sales approach
- Create detailed reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends for management review
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to travel for business as needed
