Online Consultant (Faisalabad, Pakistan)


We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to clients through various communication channels. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Offer guidance and support to clients regarding our products or services
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Identify potential issues or areas for improvement in our services and report them to the appropriate team members
- Stay updated on our products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in online customer service or consulting role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using various online communication platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
