Junior Florist

We are a floral design company based in Faisalabad, seeking a talented and passionate Junior Florist to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone with a love for flowers and a desire to learn the art of floral design. As a Junior Florist, you will work alongside our experienced florists and assist with creating beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with creating and arranging floral designs
- Prepare flowers by removing thorns, trimming stems, and organizing them for use
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio
- Help with flower deliveries and set-up for events
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by taking orders and offering suggestions
- Learn about different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Assist with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and ordering when needed

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in designing arrangements
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Good communication skills, especially when dealing with clients
- Willingness to learn new techniques and expand knowledge of floral design

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds but do require fluency in English. Previous experience is not necessary as we will provide on-the-job training. However, some experience in customer service or retail may be beneficial.
