Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores. They will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and promoted to increase sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for merchandising. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position is full-time and offers a salary of 1300$ per month. The role is located in Bayan, but candidates from other cities in the country are welcome to apply. This job is suitable for men who are able to work independently and have their own visa.

As a Merchandiser, you will:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting products in retail stores
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement, pricing, and promotional displays
- Build relationships with store managers to negotiate prime product placement
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Participate in trade shows or other events to showcase products

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations based on findings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must have own visa (sponsorship available)
