Part-Time Administrator in Manama, Bahrain
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Manama on a part-time basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments for the team.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and order when necessary.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (20 hours per week).
- Must be able to legally work in Bahrain.
This position offers a salary of $900 per month. As this is a part-time position, no accommodation will be provided. However, we do offer a free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
