Job Title: Office Administrator
We are hiring a full-time Office Administrator to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be able to handle a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining records. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$, along with accommodation. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
