We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects
- Manage project teams and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any deficiencies
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian market
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400$ per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Russia.
