Experienced Construction Manager - Visa Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing subcontractors
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the duration of the project
- Oversee all aspects of project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project progress is on track
- Lead project meetings and provide updates on progress, issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Review and approve subcontractor bids
- Maintain accurate records of all project documents
