Facade Technician

We are hiring a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Kaunas. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with building facades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
- Keep accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with building facades preferred but not required
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques used in facade installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- English language proficiency required for communication with team members
