Executive Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in our restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and budget, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that reflect current food trends and utilize local ingredients
- Oversee food preparation and production in accordance with company standards
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste while ensuring all necessary ingredients are available
- Monitor and control food costs to meet budget goals
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and utilization of all food products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers and employees
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service promptly

Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
