We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through networking events, trade shows, and other channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the market
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
