Hotel Sales Manager



We are a well-established hotel in Kaunas, seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through various channels, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
- Create attractive packages and promotions to increase bookings and revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$, along with performance bonuses. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate if needed. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
