Information Technology Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, ensuring security and compliance, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Coordinate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Continuously evaluate current systems and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor network performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime or disruptions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company's IT strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware installation, software upgrades, etc.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1400 per month, depending on experience.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Las Vegas. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
