We are a reputable solar energy company seeking a dedicated and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team in Akron. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This includes assembling and mounting solar panels, connecting wiring, and conducting system testing.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- English speaking proficiency preferred (but not required)
- No previous experience required - on-the-job training will be provided
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine best location for panels based on sun exposure
- Mount panels onto roofs or other structures using appropriate tools and equipment
- Connect wiring between panels, inverters, batteries, and other components of the system
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation process
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for increases based on experience, performance, and company growth.
