We are currently seeking a Collector to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. This is a contract job suitable for Indians with no prior experience required. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to collect payments on outstanding accounts
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
- Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to their account
- Work closely with the credit department to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding collection efforts
- Provide regular reports on collection activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Kenya (visa sponsorship may be provided)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
