Collector - Nakuru, Kenya



As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of payment transactions. Your main goal will be to ensure timely payment of debts to maintain positive cash flow for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or in person to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable and report on any delinquent accounts
- Prepare monthly reports on collections activity and progress
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues or disputes with customers
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Kenya
