We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Shan, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move materials, equipment, and products on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating cranes and a strong understanding of safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine load requirements
- Inspect cranes before use and report any defects or malfunctions
- Ensure that all loads are properly secured before lifting or moving
- Communicate with other workers on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and maintenance performed on the crane

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand load requirements
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow verbal or written instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if required

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month, based on experience.

Location:
This job is located in Shan, Kenya. While we prefer candidates who are already based in Kenya, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who require visa sponsorship.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing near the job site.
