Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team in Funchal. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your role will also involve maintaining the shop's inventory, ordering supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and suitable for someone with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Preparing flowers for display and ensuring they are well-maintained
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Collaborating with event planners to provide floral decorations for special events
- Keeping up to date with current trends in floral design to offer unique and innovative arrangements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service is preferred
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Funchal

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
