We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Tutor to join our team in Funchal. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online tutoring services to students of various ages and levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students, using various virtual platforms
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their understanding of the subject matter
- Track student progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques
- Collaborate with other tutors and team members to ensure a consistent learning experience for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter(s) you will be tutoring in
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
- Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms and technology

Salary: $1000/month (with potential for performance-based bonuses)

Location: Funchal, Portugal (accommodation provided)

Visa/Travel: Free visa and ticket provided for non-EU candidates
