Senior Electrical Engineer - Al-Khor, Qatar



We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. You will work closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Perform calculations to determine electrical load requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide technical support during project installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases
- Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and material submissions from contractors
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Identify potential risks or issues in the design or construction process and propose solutions or modifications as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
