Job Title: Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. This includes assembling and installing solar panels, wiring systems, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You must have experience working with solar energy systems and possess strong technical skills. A biometric passport is required for this position and accommodation can be provided. This job is open to Indian nationals with no English language proficiency requirement. The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

As a Solar Installer, your responsibilities will include:

- Installing and maintaining solar energy systems according to project specifications
- Assembling and installing solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components
- Connecting wiring systems to power sources and ensuring proper electrical connections
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation or while the system is in use
- Conducting routine maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar installation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with solar energy systems
- Strong technical skills and ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
