We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job site requirements and safety guidelines
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance such as greasing, oiling, and replacing parts
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of tasks
- Complete daily equipment logs and reports
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.
