Entry-Level Turner in Ufa, Russia

As an Entry-Level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to shape metal pieces according to specifications. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed vocational training or has minimal experience in the field. You will work under the guidance of experienced turners and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machine controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut
- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations
- Inspect finished pieces for quality using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Vocational training or previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machining techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with operating lathe machines (preferred)
- Basic math skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (candidates from other countries are welcome to apply)
