Egyptian Chef in Riyadh


We are looking for an experienced Egyptian Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Egyptian dishes and managing the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about traditional Egyptian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Egyptian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
- Create new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef specializing in Egyptian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Egyptian cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively, including ordering supplies, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead the kitchen team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to high-quality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate would be an Egyptian national or someone with previous experience cooking Egyptian cuisine.
