We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring the body of damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Plan and execute repair processes according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform bodywork repairs including welding, sanding, filling, and painting
- Repair or replace damaged body parts as needed
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timelines
- Communicate with customers to discuss repair needs and provide updates on progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to safety procedures when working with tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or in a similar role
- Knowledge of vehicle construction, repair techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues or defects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is an advantage)

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
