As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and peripherals.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles.
- Train users on new systems or software.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software applications, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Good understanding of customer service techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in urgent situations.
