Computer Support Specialist (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time employment in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to computer systems, networks, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month
