Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, procedures, and operations to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing new systems or modifying existing ones to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current computer systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Work with clients to determine their business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and implement new computer systems or modify existing ones to meet client's needs
- Develop test plans, perform testing, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation
- Train staff on how to use new systems or procedures effectively
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of different operating systems, programming languages, databases, and network infrastructure
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Experience with software development methodologies
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
