Computer Systems Analyst


We are searching for a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will work closely with our IT department and business users to analyze and evaluate computer systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems and technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with IT department and business users to understand system requirements
- Develop solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure functionality and user satisfaction
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train staff on new systems or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, hardware, software, and databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
