Online Consultant for E-commerce Platform in Los Angeles
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our e-commerce platform team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels (chat, email, social media) to address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with navigating the e-commerce platform and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities based on client needs
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve client experience on the platform
- Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve sales and retention rates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce customer service
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working remotely without accommodation provided
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an e-commerce setting
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
