Construction Project Manager
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and supervise project team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Primavera P6).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Bungoma (accommodation provided for foreigners)
Language: English proficiency required
