We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end within budget and timeline constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Develop project timelines and schedules and ensure they are followed by all parties involved
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor needed for the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality of workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary: 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided.
