Land Surveyor
Location: Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps and measurements for construction projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Interpret survey data and create accurate maps and measurements
- Work with engineering teams to ensure that survey data is incorporated into design plans
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey records and make any necessary corrections
- Prepare reports detailing survey findings and recommendations
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning
- Collaborate with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and lawyers on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CAD software
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
$1500 per month
