Sales Representative - Malindi, Kenya



We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required. This position does not require prior experience and no accommodation will be provided. However, a biometric passport is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential customers
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Keep track of all sales leads and follow up accordingly
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Biometric passport (mandatory)
