Malayalee Teacher
We are hiring a qualified and experienced Malayalee Teacher to join our team in Shan. As a Malayalee Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching students of all levels and ages, and evaluating their progress. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Malayalam language and culture, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in teaching Malayalam as a second language is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Teach students of various ages and levels
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching Malayalam as a second language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
