Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Shan is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of land surveying techniques, equipment, and software. This role requires conducting surveys, analyzing data, and creating maps and reports. The candidate must be able to interpret technical drawings and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The salary for this position is $1300 per month without accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and lasers
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Create maps using computer software
- Interpret technical drawings and plans
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety procedures while working on site
- Keep accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
