Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eschen. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our machines to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Operate machinery, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Technical knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and diagrams
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or malfunctions
