Heavy Equipment Operator



We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Balzers, providing equipment services for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in the completion of construction tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating heavy equipment and possess strong mechanical skills. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for individuals who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and any incidents that may occur
- Maintain a clean work area and inspect equipment before and after use for any defects or issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction environment
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
