Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Braga. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a part-time basis. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office correspondence and ensure timely responses
- Support the team with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Braga
