A well-established Indian restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. Your duties will include managing staff, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and handling customer complaints.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and be fluent in English. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required. The candidate must also be able to work under pressure and have exceptional problem-solving abilities.
