English Tutor in Vianden


We are seeking a skilled English Tutor to join our team in Vianden. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students of various ages and levels. This is a freelance position with flexible working hours, ideal for individuals looking for part-time or side jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in person or online
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback and assistance with language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Prepare and administer tests to evaluate students' proficiency
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to develop teaching materials and resources
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians about progress and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or relevant field preferred
- Previous experience as a tutor or teacher is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and engage students of all ages

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. Additional compensation may be provided for extra hours or special projects.

Location:
This job is located in Vianden, a charming small town in Luxembourg known for its picturesque castle. While fluency in Luxembourgish is not required for this position, candidates who can speak the local language will have an advantage.
