Contract Architectural Designer



As a Contract Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and blueprints for various projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure that designs meet all requirements and regulations. This is a contract position, based in Clairvaux, offering a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans based on client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure designs meet their expectations
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to incorporate structural, electrical, and mechanical elements into designs
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess potential design issues or challenges
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Make revisions as necessary based on client feedback or changes in project scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Ability to create sustainable design solutions
- Familiarity with LEED certification process
