We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in the bustling city of Beer-Sheva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, seating areas, and equipment
- Restock inventory as needed and assist with ordering supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and specialty drinks is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high volume environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays if required

Salary: 1400$

Location: Beer-Sheva
