Skilled Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Ashdod, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ashdod, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. Your primary duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing furniture and appliances, painting walls, and other general repairs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong knowledge of different construction materials and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains
- Repair or replace broken furniture, appliances, or fixtures
- Paint walls and touch up any damaged areas
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects or work at heights if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training in construction or related field
- Experience working in a commercial setting such as hotels or offices
