We are in search of a Nepali candidate to join our team as a temporary concierge in Herzliya, Israel. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with relevant information about their stay
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or activities
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Keep the lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Monitor incoming calls and emails and respond to them in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Must be Nepali nationality living in Herzliya or willing to relocate temporarily
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Strong communication skills in English preferred but not required
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
