Junior Android Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Android Developer to join our growing team in Sheduva! As an English-speaking company, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and nationalities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, perfect for freshers or those without previous experience in the field. We do not provide accommodation, so we prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate at their own expense.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications. You will work closely with our senior developers and project managers to understand project requirements and brainstorm creative solutions. We are looking for someone with a passion for mobile development and a desire to continuously learn and improve their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot bugs and fix issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK
- Experience with Git version control system
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Bonus skills:
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Experience with third-party libraries such as Retrofit, RxJava, or Dagger2
- Understanding of design patterns such as MVP or MVVM
