We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects

Salary:
As a Malayalee, you will receive a competitive salary of 900$ per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for relocation.
