We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Fitter in Akron, Canada. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components according to specifications. Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components such as pipes, valves, and pumps according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, and shape materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper fitting and alignment of components
- Install finished products on site or in designated locations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
