We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and ensure they are meeting their individual targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within Kenya as needed

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Eldoret, Kenya. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian nationals currently living in Eldoret.
