Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Shan. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring systems, and providing remote support.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Assisting with network setup and maintenance
- Providing remote support to clients
- Documenting technical solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, networking, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1000 per month

City: Shan (remote work also available)

Preference for African or Kenyan candidates; however, all applicants will be considered.

This is a contract position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates along with a free ticket to Shan. No English proficiency required.
